Phil Broker is a former DEA agent who has been through a crisis after his appeal against a motorcycle gang went terribly wrong and it took the life of his boss's son. She's recently widowed and left with daughter 9 years, Maddy. He decided to get out of the turbulent life and demanding sensation to Maddys sake and retire to a small town. Her daughter struggled a child bullied at school, and this sets in motion the events that eventually round of direct confrontation with the local drug lord Meth.
